Her’s a site that I found for juicing recipes. My goal is to try every recipe coupled with some fruity protein shakes and red veggie drinks by May. The recipes are fairly easy and based on what I’ve researched, these in particular may require more ingredients, possibly some items you’ve never heard of. But I see this as a bonus.
For starters, you’ve learned something new and maybe discovered a new fruit or vegetable. Also, the variety and combinations are sure to give you a dynamic range of Vitamins & Essential Nutrients.

Red Juice- Salad in a Glass
1/2 head romaine lettuce
2 celery ribs
1 carrot (topped)
1 red bell pepper
